Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as specified during the registration process. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to be billed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, in accordance with their terms and conditions.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. Note:  To eliminate the negative impact on vendor stats created by 'bonus shopping', please be aware that if you refund and close an account at NeuraRephraser, you will not be able to repurchase an account later, nor will you be able to promote our webinar invitation offer as a partner or affiliate.

Intellectual Property:  The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeuraRephraser.com and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NeuraRephraser.com.

User Content:  You are solely responsible for any content, data, or information that you submit, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit, post, or transmit User Content and that such User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses:

The Service should only be employed for lawful activities, consistent with the stipulated Terms. It's essential that you refrain from:

• Engaging in activities that contravene any local, national, or global laws or regulations.
• Exposing minors to inappropriate content or risking their safety in any manner.
• Forwarding or urging others to forward unsolicited promotional materials like spam, chain letters, or junk mail.
• Posing as the Company, a Company representative, another user, or any third party.
• Violating the rights of individuals or engaging in any activity that is harmful, illegal, threatening, or fraudulent.
• Conducting yourself in a way that curtails or compromises the enjoyment of the Service by others, or could potentially tarnish the Company's reputation or endanger its users.

NOTE:  “Open AI”, our AI service collaborator, strictly disallows the creation of content related to sexual, religious, or political themes. If, inadvertently, you venture into such content generation, our system will flag it as "Unsafe Content". Please regard this as an unequivocal warning. A repeat offense will result in the termination of your subscription, and you will be permanently banned from our services with no chance of a refund.

Furthermore, you commit not to:

• Utilize the Service in a way that may hamper its functionality, overload it, or hinder other users from accessing it smoothly.
• Employ automated tools like robots, spiders, or similar mechanisms to monitor or replicate content from the Service.
• Manually monitor or duplicate content from the Service without securing our express consent.
• Introduce disruptive software or malicious code such as viruses, worms, trojans, or logic bombs.
• Endeavor to access unauthorized parts of the Service, or interfere with any part of our infrastructure, including servers, databases, or networks connected to the Service.
• Launch or be a part of a denial-of-service assault on the Service.
• Undertake actions that might tarnish the Company's reputation.
• Engage in activities that could disrupt the seamless operation of the Service.

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are strictly forbidden from accessing or using the Service.
